I realize that media writers are busy. I have tried to summarize the situation the as shortly as possible. If you contact the media, or are from the media here are the most news worthy parts.

Please contact the media, and alert them of the changes and contradictions. We hope they will carry the real story.

FBI Press Release Has Changed

The initial FBI press release that was given to the media was factually wrong. The FBI investigators who filed the papers knew they contained false information. They said they didn't make the documents so they were just "filing them". It made front page news in many cities and was also on TV and radio. Since that time, its propagated to many sources world wide. The Sofia news service of Bulgaria even chose the wildly inaccurate picture of a teenager duct taped in the trunk of a car.

Since the initial release, the FBI has changed their press release. But what is there differs quite a bit from what was published world wide. Notice that it no longer says that I kidnapped my son in Oct/Nov 2006? Why did they edit a press release instead of issue an update? Because their goal is to slander me in the press. Even if it is a correction, how can the FBI make such a mistake? And why do the documents in Bulgaria they are using for my extradition still claim that I kidnapped the child in Nov 2006? If the FBI makes such large mistakes, what other mistakes are there?

The other mistakes are minor in comparison, but they show a pattern of sloppiness that should make one question the whole case. It states that I am a former Titusville man. I have never, ever, resided in Titusville, nor even Venango County. I have never even stayed in single night in Titusville.

The new press release also now reads "An indictment is only a charge and is not evidence of guilt. A defendant is presumed innocent and is entitled to a fair trial at which the government must prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt." But thats not how its being treated by the press, nor the initial press release.

The revised press release charges me with retention. However as my summary shows, this is not accurate either. The mother has previously twice kidnapped the child. We have no telephone, nor address for her. How is it possible for me to have my son maintain contact or even arrange summer visits if I cannot contact her? Recently my attorney asked the FBI for contact information. We now hear they are having trouble contacting her. If the FBI cannot contact her, how am I supposed to?

Where did this magic November date come from? It was a court hearing in PA, in which a continuance was issued. However on Aug 30, 2006, the mother put my son on a plane to return to me, under court order to do so after summer visitation. She used false information to file with NCMEC, who then filed it with the FBI. The FBI says its not their fault, they rely on NCMEC. NCMEC says they go on information given to them. By who? The mother, who cannot be found, even by the FBI.

How can the child have last been seen in Titusville on Nov 6, if the mother under order and knowledge of a Venango County court, put him on a plane on Aug 30, 2006?

How about a story about an FBI office that accuses a father of kidnapping charges, and after the press trumpets it, changes their story yet does not issue a new press release?
