Harassment
If just one of these events had occurred, one could dismiss it. However a series of events are continuing to unfold that show that the American authorities are working outside the law to harass me. Before you write this off as the writings of a paranoid person, consider this:
- Nov 3 - Representatives of the American Embassy in Cyprus threaten to create "police problems" for the tenants renting our house. See Nov 3, 2009
- Nov 4 - A representative of another American Embassy intimidates local police and attempts to grab my son and take him from the country illegally. See Nov 4, 2009
- Nov 5 - My wife is followed while walking by foreigners in slowly moving cars, in an area where cars travel quickly. See Nov 4, 2009
- Nov 17 - A Fedex envelope containing private and personal documents is intercepted and opened by US Customs. Random search, or a targeted search? See Nov 17, 2009
- Nov 18 - On Oct 13
Interpol took all my credit cards, passports, and other ID cards. They
were placed under seal and were to remain sealed until the final trial.
Yet somehow today one of my credit cards was used to make 3 purchases
in the United Kingdom. This card was my emergency credit card and has
only been used by me for 2 companies in the last year. It seems to
point to the fact that the evidence may have been tampered with. What

- Nov 23 - The US Government tells the Bulgarian Police that my other passport is a fake. Bulgaria threatens me with criminal charges and months in prison until a hearing can be had to determine its authenticity. It is real, and the US Government knows it is real because they have already verified it with the issuing country. The timing of this event just one day before the trial where it is likely that I will be freed speaks volumes as to the US Government's intention to harass me by any means, legal or not.
